Shure Shop – FAQs

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment of order. In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days. If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.


Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

You can request for the parcel to be left somewhere safe. Alternatively, a member of your household could receive it on your behalf.


We do not offer refunds. However, to ensure your complete satisfaction with your items purchased from, we offer a 14-days 1 to 1 (same item) product exchange policy for defective products from the date of purchase as stated in the purchase receipt, and subjected to the following terms and conditions:

·       You are the first purchaser of the product as shown on your purchase receipt issued by Electronics & Engineering Pte Ltd.

·       The product inclusive of all included accessories and packaging are in perfect physical and operational condition.

·       Serial number for the product inclusive of packaging has not be defaced, removed or modified.

·       If the product or included accessory is found to have damage and/or faults arising from or caused by physical abuse including impact, chemical or moisture, operator error, force majeure, wear and tear and unauthorized attempts by the user to disassemble, service or modify the product, Electronics & Engineering Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse exchange or refund.

·       There will be no exchanges, refunds, or warranty provided for items marked and sold by Electronics & Engineering Pte Ltd marked as Pre-owned, Demo or B-Stock. Once you have made payment on Pre-owned, Demo or B-Stock items, the sale is considered final and condition accepted as-is.

·       Unless the product is determined to be defective upon arrival, you agree to bear all shipping and handling charges related to the exchange of product. Electronics & Engineering Pte Ltd reserves the right to determine if the product is defective upon arrival.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers’ expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. (E&E) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damage/defective item, please note that we offer a 14-days 1 to 1 (same item) product exchange policy for defective products from the date of purchase as stated in the purchase receipt, and subjected to the terms and conditions in our refund policy.

Please bring your product down to our service centre together with your proof of purchase (if it is still under warranty).

At your checkout page, enter the discount code and click “Apply”. If it is a valid code, the discount will be reflected accordingly. Do check and confirm that the discount has been applied before proceeding to the next page.

An expired discount code is no longer valid. Hence, make sure to check on the validity of the discount codes and make use of them before they expire.

It varies. The validity period is always indicated with the discount code via the platform you obtained the code from.

No, you will not. You can only use a single discount code per order. It is not stackable with other discount codes.

There could be various reasons as to why your payment did not go through successfully. Here are some of the more common issues.

Do check to ensure that the discount code, card details and One-Time Password (OTP) you entered are correct. If the problem persists, try performing these basic troubleshooting steps:

Instalment Payment Plans are payment programs which allows you to pay for your purchases over a few instalments. We are working with various partners that support such plans to provide you with even greater flexibility. Each of our partners have their own payment plans, so do refer to them for more details.

You will just need to follow the instructions from the page and your email after to reset your password.

On each product page, you will be able to read all of the information. You can also refer to past reviews by other customers. For more specific inquiries, you may drop us a message on our Product Enquiry page and we will get back to you within 3 to 4 working days.

Select the product of your choice and you will be taken to the product page. If the item is in stock, the “ADD TO CART” button will be made available. If the item is unavailable, the “ADD TO CART” button will be replaced with a “SOLD OUT” button instead.
